How to prepare your manuscripts

• The proceedings of the conference will be published as a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research A (NIMA), Elsevier. They are reviewed by peers.
• All speakers of the conference are requested to prepare the manuscript and send  to the LOC by Dec. 1, 2006.
• All the paper are supposed have a referees answer by   Gen. 15, 2007 
• All the speakers  will be requested  to implement the referees comments by  Gen. 31, 2007
  
• Number of pages allocated to each authors are   5 pages
• Do not use color pictures and figures. All manuscripts should be prepared as black-white documents. 
• The manuscripts should be written in English and prepared in accordance with the standards of the journal,  as specified in:
•  Instruction to Authors (http://authors.elsevier.com/journal/nima) of Elsevier.

• We strongly invite you to write the proceedings in LaTEX format.

•  For LaTEX users download this file and  please use  elsart3.cls for the style file and follow the example shown in sample.tex.

How to submit your manuscripts to the LOC

• Combine all your files into a TARor ZIP  file to submit them as a single file.
• Include in the tar file, a PDF file of your manuscript so that referees could review your manuscript easily.
• Login at the conference site clicking login on the vertex06 web page or clicking here.
• Go to the program section clicking Program on the vertex06 web page or clicking here.
• Just before  the title of  your talk,  there is a red icon,   wheen you click it, a new page  appear to UPLOAD your file.
• Write an e-mail to vertex2006@pg.infn.it to announce you submitted your paper.
